My experience as a trainee

Currently studying for a BTS in real estate professions, I chose to do my internship in this agency because of the positive opinions I had heard by word of mouth. I was able to see the truth of what I was told from the very first days. Indeed, the reception of the team was top notch, kindness and know-how were the order of the day. I was able to learn more about real estate, intensify the theoretical side but above all discover the practical side. The whole team was great with me, they passed on their knowledge and know-how, showing me all the tricks of the trade and helping me discover the different specialisations that the agency offers: sales, annual rentals and seasonal rentals. I was able to attend and participate in visits to flats, houses and villas, inventories of fixtures for annual and seasonal rentals, appointments with clients, drafting seasonal contracts, empty and furnished leases, taking photos and videos to feed Les Palmiers agency website, drawing up balance sheets, taking phone calls, managing the Airbnb website... This internship was a truly enriching experience with a great and very human team.
